Ant Antic is a music project around the Austrian music producer and songwriter Tobias Koett based in Berlin .

history

Ant Antic was founded in 2015 by Tobias Koett and Marco Kleebauer in Vienna. The EP Blood Sugar , which was released in May 2015 on the Viennese label Jhruza Records , emerged from a collaboration that initially only took place via e-mail and should actually be limited to a single song . The release of the debut album Wealth on Seayou Records in June 2016 was followed by great media interest in German-speaking countries and a tour with over 30 concerts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Czech Republic in the following 12 months.

In autumn 2017, Marco Kleebauer retired from the live band as drummer, but remains part of the project as a co-producer in the studio. The release of the EP Whoop! in April 2019 musically new territory marked out, the music video for the single Whoop! was nominated for the Berlin Music Video Awards and the Austrian Music Video Award.

With the single Slow Down , the second album Good Vids, Vile Times was announced in November 2019 , which is to be released on September 25, 2020.
