Apil-Sin
Apil-Sin ruled from 1830 BC. BC to 1813 BC BC ( middle chronology ) as the fourth Babylonian king of the 1st dynasty of Babylonia.
Apil-Sin was the son and successor of Sabium and ruled for 18 years. During his reign the city walls of Babylon , Borsippa and Nurum were built. He built temples for Inanna and carried out construction work on the Ezida des Nabu .
