Aqqusinersuaq is the main street of the Greenlandic capital Nuuk . It begins at the port of Nuuk and goes through downtown Nuuk (Green: Nuup Qeqqa ) to HJ Rinksvej. The Hotel Hans Egede and the headquarters of the Greenland Bank are located on it.

The road is one of the busiest roads in Greenland. In addition, there are the only two traffic lights in Greenland.
