The Aqua Vitae Bottle Store (also Tustin Family Home or Toot Sweet ) is a historic building at 134 Willis Street in Wellington, New Zealand . It was classified as Historic Place Category II on June 23, 1994 by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust under number 7200 .

The building was erected around 1859. The oldest mention of the house is in connection with the family of a William Tustin. After moving there in 1859, he was active in business from 1860 as an upholsterer and painter. He used the building until 1878 and used the upper floor as an apartment for his family.

The building has a history of being a pub , bar , public house and hotel . From 1920 to 1940 the house was owned by the liquor store McIlraith and Co; Wine & Spirit Merchants (hence the name), used by Star Stores from 1951 to 1972 . Other users were in 1991 the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and in 1992 the cafe "Toot Sweet", which specializes in deserts. In 2009 it was used as a flower shop.

The wooden structure was registered as a monument because it is a rare testimony to the early colonial development of Wellington and there are no more comparable houses in the city center of Wellington.
