The cadastral community of Kleinmünchen (green) within the city of Linz

The list of listed objects in Linz-Kleinmünchen contains the 18 listed , immovable objects of the Linz cadastral community of Kleinmünchen , which corresponds to the district of the same name that existed until 2013. The objects are now in the statistical districts of Kleinmünchen-Auwiesen and Neue Heimat , one is in Spallerhof .

A granite cube placed on a granite pillar in which reverse glass paintings (signed Koll 1988) are embedded.

The Steinbruckmühle , which was mentioned in a document in 1419 , used to stand on the site . In 1845 Johann and Katharina Grillmayr acquired the Steinbruckmühle and had a manor house with a meierhof built as the summer residence of the Grillmayr & Hörzinger family using older components. The building was completed in 1852.
Representative, U-shaped complex with an early historical facade and delicate decorations, some of which are made of terracotta.

The first written mention of the grain mill on the Jaukerbach goes back to the beginning of the 18th century. In 1825 Johann Wilhelm Rübsamen acquired the Jaukermühle and had a calico printing plant built next to it . In 1852 the cotton mill owners Löwenfeld & Hofmann bought the Jaukermühle and the printing works. In 1881–1882 it was converted into a representative residence for the industrial family by Ignaz Scheck.

The former school and community building was built in the third quarter of the 19th century. The facade - a historic street facade, emphasized by a central entrance gate with a double window above it - was designed by Ferdinand Bachbaur in 1909.

1878 from the Upper Austria. Construction company (builder was Wilhelm Löwenfeld) built as a custody for small children. In 1903 the building was expanded by Ferdinand Bachbaur. In 1941 there was a renovation for the Public Welfare Office.

Multi-part building complex with a parish church in the northeast. The church, a flat-roofed structure with a semicircular floor plan, was built between 1984 and 1985 by Hans Riener and Franz Josef Kranl. In 2007-2008 the parish center was completely renovated and a church tower was built.

The building was erected in 1926 by the Linz City Planning Department. The planner was architect Hans Feichtlbauer .
A three-story middle section is surrounded by two two-story side sections. The staggering of the building creates a striking architectural design.

The gymnasium was built in 1923/24 by master builder Adolf Grohmann and his company Hoch- und Tiefbaugesellschaft Linz. The builders were the municipality of Kleinmünchen and the municipality of Linz.
The building has a T-shaped floor plan: a two-story entrance and cloakroom wing and the gymnasium at right angles to it.

The church was built in 1965.
A free-standing 40 meter high reinforced concrete tower, the church wing and the rectory are grouped around a forecourt. In the gable field, above the portal of the church wing, there is a relief by the sculptor Walter Ritter .

The villa was built in 1936 by the construction company Schratz & Sohn for the couple Eugen Michael and Amalie Schratz.
The building has a functional but distinctive design. It is located in the statistical district Spallerhof, which was redefined in 2014 .

The complex was built in 1891-1893 by Rumpel & Niklas from Teplitz . The mechanical equipment comes from Prager Maschinenbau AG.
The main wing with the attached residential building is connected at right angles to the octagonal fountain house by a low hall. Today's appearance corresponds to the complex from 1893 after careful renovation.

The chapel is dated to the second third of the 19th century. It used to be at the end of Simonystraße, then from 1973 on Spinnereistraße, since 1983 at its current location.
Gable building with two Tuscan columns. The flat arched altar niche is secured with a Biedermeier lattice.

The rectory was built by Franz Kaun on behalf of the Canons' Monastery of St. Florian in the years 1909–1910 and renovated from 1983–1984.
Two-storey building with gabled central projections . In terms of its design, the building is adapted to the neighboring parish church in Kleinmünchner.

The church was built in 1905 according to plans by Matthäus Schlager ; the consecration took place in 1906. An original wooden structure at this point goes back to the 9th century. 1944 Damage to the church vault due to a bomb hit. 1988 conversion of the choir into a working day chapel. Construction with an interesting mix of different styles and forms.

The core building by Ferdinand Bachbaur dates from 1910. Extensions were made in 1923, 1927 and 1938. In 1946 the building was rebuilt after being bombed. In 1961 and 1982 a new gym was added. Main facade in late historical-secessionist mixed forms.
