Aquafitness training group with pool noodles

Aquafitness is a full-body training that is offered in shallow water at chest level or in deep water with and without equipment such as swimming noodle , disc, belt, dumbbells , aqua bike and kick boxing gloves. Arms, legs, buttocks and torso are trained. Aquafitness increases strength, flexibility and endurance and promotes relaxation. Compared to classic water aerobics, modern aqua fitness training is more fitness-oriented and includes a number of aerobics and Pilates elements. Above all, the buoyancy and resistance of the water promote joint relief, muscle strength and endurance.
