The Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation ( APICORP ) is a joint venture in Saudi Arabia founded in November 1975 by the member countries of the Organization of the Arab Petroleum Exporting States .

The business purpose is to contribute to the development and transformation of the Arab hydrocarbon and energy industries through equity financing, debt financing, advice and research.
