Works on paper
Working on paper is a common genre term on the art market , in work descriptions and in exhibitions. It also describes the collection area of graphic collections (for example in Augsburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Weimar or Vienna).
The most common works on paper are engravings and etchings , lithography and screen printing in the field of printmaking , drawings , watercolors , paper cuttings , and ultimately comics and caricatures in the field of single sheets .
