The Arbeiter-Schachzeitung was an Austrian monthly magazine that was first published in Vienna in 1921 and was discontinued in 1922 after its 12th issue. It was published by the Wiener Arbeiter-Chess-Klub in Vorwärts-Verlag .

From 1925 the Arbeiter-Schachzeitung appeared again, this time with the subtitle monthly of the Austrian Workers' Chess Federation in Vienna . The editor was Johann Kotrč .
