Arkadin SAS is a global provider of collaboration services. The company was founded in 2001 by Olivier de Puymorin and is headquartered in Paris, France, with 50 offices in 30 countries worldwide. In Germany, Arkadin has branches in Frankfurt am Main and Munich, while the Swiss branch is in Zurich. Arkadin offers scalable, cloud-based solutions for Unified Communications (UC), audio, web and video conferences as well as virtual events and has been operating a conferencing cloud since 2011.

Arkadin, the world's third largest provider of video conferencing at the time , has been part of NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the subsidiary for global ICT solutions from NTT , Japan's largest telecommunications company, since 2014 .

In 2016 Didier Jaubert was appointed CEO of Arkadin SAS. The founder and previous CEO Olivier de Puymorin continues to act as CEO of the holding company Arkadin International.
