Armastuse pisielukas (in German about The Little Love ) is the title of an Estonian silent film from 1921.

Notes on the film

The comedy is probably the second Estonian feature film after the political satire Karujaht Pärnumaal from 1914. The short film is the first Estonian feature film production since the Republic of Estonia was founded in 1918.

The black and white film is considered lost. Nothing is known about the content and the actors.

Production company was officially in September 1920 by the brothers Konstantin and Theodor Märska founded Estonia movie . The brothers Johannes and Peeter Parikas contributed the capital for the company .

The short film was shot in just one day on June 9, 1921. The action takes place in the Estonian capital Tallinn . The outdoor shots were shot in Tallinn's old town , Narvaer Chaussee ( Narva maantee ), at the Russalka monument and in the Baltic Sea in the Pirita district .

Premiere had Armastuse pisielukas founded on June 28, 1921 in front of invited guests at the 1917 Cinema Passaash in Tallinn's Old Town .
