Arvydas Kostas Leščinskas
Arvydas Kostas Leščinskas (born November 15, 1946 in Kėdainiai ) is a Lithuanian politician, former Seimas member, minister and deputy minister.
Life
In 1970, Arvydas Kostas Leščinskas completed his degree in mechanics and engineering at the Politechnikos institutas in Kaunas . In 1984 Arvydas Kostas Leščinskas received his doctorate in economics and from 1986 to 1990 was a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Vilnius University. From 1990 to 1992 he was a member of the Seimas . From 1992 to 1995 he was Deputy Minister of Transport of Lithuania and from 1995 to 1996 Minister of Energy of Lithuania . Since 1996 the general manager of the insurance company “Industrijos garantas”.
