Arzak Rhapsody is a French 14-part surreal cartoon series by the French artist Jean 'Moebius' Giraud from 2003, which can be assigned to the genres of science fiction or fantasy . Arzak Rhapsody is the only film or video production in which characters from Moebius' graphic work appear.

The eponymous protagonist Arzak (also Harzack or Arzach , the artist himself has occasionally varied the name) is one of the oldest and central, recurring characters from Moebius' drawings and comics. In addition to Arzak , the loner traveling alone on his fantastic flying animal through the desert "B", other well-known characters and objects from Moebius' fantastic worlds appear in the series.
Production and publication
Arzak Rhapsody was produced by Wolfland Pictures for the French television channel France 2 . Moebius was responsible for both the graphic design and the script. The music was composed by Zanpano, the art director was Alexandre Brillant. The 14 episodes have a length of each 3½ minutes and were in actually for Web applications designed Flash technology created.
The series was first released on November 10, 2003 in Spain on DVD. From December 30, 2003, it was shown by France 2 on French television. It has also been published in Spanish, Italian, Japanese, English and Russian .
