The Asia Commercial Bank , also Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( bank code : ACB , vietn . : Ngân hàng (Thương mại Cổ phần) Á Châu ) is the largest private bank in Vietnam . Its headquarters are in Ho Chi Minh City . It was founded in June 1993 by the couple Trần Mộng Hùng and Đặng Thu Thủy . The share has been traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) since November 2006 .
