Asset-Based Consulting

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Asset-Based Consulting is a consulting service based on a good (“asset”) in the sense that the advice is not given on an individual basis at one's own discretion and exclusively using “talent”, i.e. personal knowledge and ability, but rather a reproducible one Has basis. This basis can take the form of a pure knowledge base - e.g. B. an ISO standard - or a method or technology as an "asset". In the narrower sense, a generally available good - like the ISO standard mentioned above - would not be a special asset and its application would therefore not fall under asset-based consulting. In this narrower definition, only an independently brought in good is a “real asset”, e.g. B. a self-developed reusable method, your own knowledge database , your own material (e.g. training documents, programs).
