Aššur-ketta-lēšir (II.) (Also Aššur-ketti-lešer ) was a vassal of Tukulti-apil-Ešarra I from the Tabetu dynasty , who had his ruled territory in the area of ​​the confluence of the Chabur and Euphrates . In the Chaburtal he made a new town with Dur Aššur-ketti-lešer , which is identified with today's Tall Bderi .
