Aššur-ketta-lēšir (II.) (Also Aššur-ketti-lešer ) was a vassal of Tukulti-apil-Ešarra I from the Tabetu dynasty , who had his ruled territory in the area of the confluence of the Chabur and Euphrates . In the Chaburtal he made a new town with Dur Aššur-ketti-lešer , which is identified with today's Tall Bderi . As he apparently began to expand his territory, the Assyrian great king finally intervened against him.
