Atica

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Atica is a predominantly waxy potato variety that ripens very early.

With a vegetation period of 90 to 110 days, long oval tubers with a yellow skin and light yellow flesh develop. Atica cannot be stored. Atica was approved in Germany as early as 1971. Despite the age, younger breeds can barely keep up in terms of yields.
