Auffinger is the family name of the following people:

  • Agnes Auffinger (also Agnes Auffinger-Fischer; 1934–2014), surrealist German painter and sculptor
  • Magnus Auffinger (* 1960), son of Agnes Auffinger, freelance German sculptor and painter
  • Albert Auffinger (1839–1912), painter in the Swabian town of Burgau
  • Sepp Auffinger , from 1940 owner of Castle Kropfsberg in Tyrol
