Custom building principles

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The contract building principles ( ABG 1975 ) are bilateral administrative agreements that arose within the framework of the supplementary agreement to the NATO troop statute . These administrative agreements exist with

  • the armed forces of the United States of America,
  • the Commander-in-Chief of the British Armed Forces in the Federal Republic of Germany,
  • the Minister for Defense of the Kingdom of the Netherlands,
  • the Minister for National Defense of the Kingdom of Belgium,
  • the Commander in Chief of the French Armed Forces in the Federal Republic of Germany and
  • the Minister of Defense of Canada.

The contract building principles regulate how building projects by the guest forces are to be carried out. A distinction is made between construction projects that may be carried out by the troops themselves and larger construction projects that are carried out by German authorities on a contract basis.
