The Avren Rocks ( Bulgarian скали Аврен skali Awren ) are three neighboring cliffs in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They are located in the interior of Micalvi Cove on the southern reaches of Robert Island . The group extends in north-south orientation over a length of 260 m and a width of 150 m.
Bulgarian scientists mapped them in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named them in the same year after two localities in northeast and southeast Bulgaria .
