The Avrupa Türkiyeli İşçiler Konfederasyonu (ATIK) (Confederation of Workers from Turkey in Europe) is a communist -oriented umbrella organization of nationally existing associations ("federations") of migrants from Turkey in Europe, which was founded in December 1986 and currently maintains sections in 6 countries according to its own information. The headquarters are in The Hague . The ATIK "gives the federations the direction", so acts as a political leadership level towards their sections.

According to the State Office for the Protection of the Constitution in North Rhine-Westphalia , the ATIK is a foreign organization of the Maoist TKP / ML . The German section ATIF ( Almanya Türkiyeli İşçiler Federasyonu ) occasionally appears under the name ATIK and is better known under this name than under its actual abbreviation. ATIK maintains various "mass organizations" in which individual interest groups are organized, for example there is a women's group and since 1990 the youth association YDG (New Democratic Youth). In Germany, ATIK is part of the anti-imperialist campaign , an alliance of various small and very small groups attributed to Stalinism and Maoism , the majority of which go back to the KPD / ML . Atik is also a section of the International League of Peoples' Struggle (ILPS, German  International League of People's struggles ), which fights for "the cause of national liberation, democracy and social liberation," according to her self-image, and is one of the addition, the DEKÖP- A (Platform of Democratic Organizations in Europe), in which, in addition to the German PKK in exile (YEK-KOM), other Turkish-speaking groups from the Marxist-Leninist spectrum cooperate.
