Ayaz Mehdiyev (born February 22, 1993 in Sumqayıt ) is an Azerbaijani football player .
Career
Mehdiyev started his professional career in 2012 at Rəvan Baku FK .
For the 2014/15 season Mehdiyev moved to the Turkish TFF 1st Lig for promoted Giresunspor . Since he is an Azerbaijani citizen, he should play here under a special status and therefore not take up a regular foreigner place. In January 2015 he left this club again.
