Ayi Kushi

Ayi Kushi was king of the West African Ga-Dangme from 1510 to 1535 . He is considered the first known Gã Mantse in recorded history and was both a spiritual and a political leader of the Ga. He led the Gas to their home countries and united the various Ga states through his "Seven Commandments".
