Aysun Ertan

Aysun Ertan (born September 1, 1966 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a book author, journalist, copywriter, IHK-certified translator for the Turkish language and authorized by the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court, a marketing specialist with a focus on intercultural marketing and a state-recognized psychological consultant.

Life

Aysun Ertan began her journalistic career in 1983 with an internship at an international publishing house in Frankfurt am Main. After training as a journalist, she worked as a permanent editor until 2000. During this time she won two journalistic awards for sport and politics.

Aysun Ertan has been working as a freelance journalist, translator, interpreter and copywriter for publishers and agencies since 2000. After “Hope Run” and “Recall”, the new German novel is titled “Der Flügelmacher” (2020). In addition to her full-time activities, Aysun Ertan works on a voluntary basis as a psychological consultant in the field of domestic violence and conflict management.

Ertan is the owner of a communications agency and has specialized in marketing measures with a focus on text and concept.

Aysun Ertan lives near Frankfurt am Main, is the mother of a son and a member of Greenpeace.
