Company profile

B&C Industrieholding GmbH is the operative subsidiary of the Austrian, independent B&C private foundation . Through its holding companies, it has stakes in several companies as core / majority shareholders and holds these stakes under long-term strategic aspects. This gives the core holdings planning security and should thus contribute to their growth. The holdings of B&C Industrieholding GmbH and its companies include a. the Lenzing AG (50.0% + 2 shares) that Semperit AG Holding (54.2%) and the AMAG Austria Metall AG (52.7%). In 2019, the B&C core holdings generated total sales of around EUR 4,012 million.

B&C Industrieholding GmbH holds a minority stake in Vamed (10%). A minority stake held for a longer period in VA Intertrading AG (5.5%) was sold to private investors at the end of 2013. In June 2015, the B&C Group sold its 7.94 percent stake in Austrian Lotteries to Novomatic .
