Bärentöterstrasse 12
The house Bärentöter Straße 12 ( Latvian Lāčplēša iela 12 's) is a Grade II listed building in the Latvian capital Riga .
It is located on the south side of Bärentöterstrasse ( Lāčplēša iela ) in the Livonian suburb of Riga .
The single-storey building was built in 1895. The facade has seven axes. The roof is supported by a three-axis crowned by a triangular pediment dormer dominated.
Since October 29, 1998 the house has been registered in the Latvian Register of Monuments under number 8003 .
