Civil Solidarity Party
The Civil Solidarity Party ( Azerbaijani Vətəndaş Həmrəyliyi Partiyası ) is a right-wing populist opposition party in Azerbaijan .
Its ideology is national conservatism, but the party is officially centered on the right . The party leader is Sabir Rüstəmxanlı , the party's headquarters are in Baku .
It was founded on September 26, 1992. In the first election in which the Civil Solidarity Party took part, it received only 1.4% of the vote. While it is currently a small party , its popularity is growing, as demonstrated by recent polls. It currently has 1000 members.
In Azerbaijan’s parliamentary election in 2020 , the party won 3 of the 125 seats in the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan , making it the second largest legal opposition party.
