The BEMA Holding GmbH is an Austrian conglomerate headquartered in Laakirchen. The company establishes and manages companies in various industries. In addition to its largest subsidiary, DVD Personal , BEMA Holding owns other companies in the areas of trade, real estate and services.

history

BEMA Holding was founded in 2000 by Helmut Schöfbänker. Due to internal restructuring, the former company DVD Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, with its then four branches, was split into five different companies, with BEMA Holding since then acting as a holding company for the remaining four. In the years that followed, the area of temporary employment was further expanded.

In 2008, the first steps for the diversification of the company were taken with the establishment of BDZ Immobilien GmbH. In 2010, BEMA Holding founded SANTO Handel GmbH, which specializes in the online sale of Austrian wines. In 2011, BDZ Immobilien opened a 4-story office building for small businesses and young entrepreneurs. This building has served as the headquarters of BEMA Holding since it opened. In 2018, BEMA Holding founded TIGRES GmbH. TIGRES focuses on basic and advanced training with new media and is currently in the development phase.

BEMA Holding now has a total of eleven subsidiaries, eight of which are in temporary employment , one in trade, one in the real estate industry and one in the service sector.
