BGHR (abbreviation for BGH case law ) refers to a systematic collection of the decisions of the Federal Court of Justice , which was published by the judges of the Federal Court of Justice:

  • in civil matters, with procedural law and ancillary laws
  • in criminal matters, with the Code of Criminal Procedure

The Carl Heymanns publishing house publishes or produces the collection of decisions. The printed version is no longer published. The digital version was merged with the BGHZ and BGHSt collections.

The decisions are cited with the law and catchphrase.

The collection of decisions should not be confused with the BGH report , a periodical that, like the OLG reports, is published every two weeks by the Dr. Otto Schmidt appears.
