BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany is a leading international real estate service provider, offering services in all phases of the real estate cycle in more than 180 offices: Transaction, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management. Internationally, the range of services is supplemented by property development.
The company is present in 32 countries and provides local service with around 5,400 employees at its own locations and with alliance partners. In Germany, BNP Paribas Real Estate employs 850 people at 11 locations and is active in the business areas of Transaction, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management. Internationally, the range of services is supplemented by property development. The company is a subsidiary of the financial services provider BNP Paribas.

International
The European real estate group ATIS REAL with the members Müller International ( Germany ), Auguste-Thouard ( France , Spain , Benelux ) and Weatheralls ( Great Britain ) was founded in 2001 under the coordination of the French partner Vendôme Rome . After BNP Paribas acquired ATIS REAL in 2004, the company renamed BNP Paribas Real Estate worldwide in 2009.
Germany
BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany was founded in 1958 by Karl-Heinrich Müller under the name Industrie Immobilien Müller. In the following years, further subsidiaries were established, which today operate as BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH, BNP Paribas Real Estate Consult GmbH and BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH.
Business areas
Transaction - rental and sale of commercial property
The leasing of office, industrial and retail space as well as their sale to institutional and private investors are the core business of BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH. In 2018, the real estate consultant rented around 1,878,000 square meters of commercial space and sold properties worth 11.6 billion euros.
Consulting - analysis and advice
BNP Paribas Real Estate Consult GmbH advises national and international investors, project developers and large companies on the development and optimization of their real estate as well as on purchase and sale decisions. The service portfolio includes location and market analyzes, concept developments as well as portfolio evaluations and portfolio preparation.
Valuation - evaluation based on detailed market knowledge
The Valuation Services division offers valuations and due diligence investigations in accordance with national and international standards, including mortgage lending calculations. The valuation volume amounted to 62.7 billion euros in 2018.
Property management - know-how for yield optimization
At BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH, around 260 employees across Germany currently look after 557 commercial properties with an area of 7.4 million square meters. The service package includes commercial and technical management, the coordination and control of technical and infrastructural facility management services, as well as district and shopping center management.
