Badger, Badger, Badger is an early Internet phenomenon or meme in 2003. This is based on a music and senseless text highlighted Flash animation of Jonti Picking , in the rhythmic wriggling Badgers (ger .: Badger ), mushrooms and a snake occurrence.
After the animation on 5 September 2003 in the weekly B3ta - Newsletter was published and soon also in different languages forums, including for their Flash animations known website Albinoblacksheep.com , showed up, they quickly spread online.
Dissemination and use
In the meantime, the lines of text (mostly "Badger Badger Badger") are often used to point out the absolutely Dadaist content of the following post .
In the MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot , the song is quoted as a "tip" on the loading screen. It is also possible to address some of the badgers in the game with “Badger Badger Badger”, to which they respond with “Mushroom… MUSHROOM !!!” or “Snaaaaake… a snake!”.
In the game Postal III , which was released in late 2011, there is a badgersaw. When using this, the protagonist calls out "Badger Badger Badger Badger Mushroom Mushroom" from time to time.
