The Xinzuoying Station ( Chinese :新左營車站; English : New Zuoying Station ) is one of the most important railway junction of Kaohsiung .

It is the only train station in southwestern Taiwan with three different modes of transport, the high-speed train, the railroad and the subway (Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit). Around 64,000 travelers pass through Xinzuoying Railway Station every day. On December 1, 2006, the station was opened to traffic.

Station for high-speed rail and railroad

Xinzuoying Railway Station is 27 meters high, 180 meters wide and 530 meters long. It has a total of 5.7 hectares.

Both the railroad and the high-speed railway (ZUY) are located in the above-ground part of the station, which opened in January 2007 with the completion of the high-speed railway. The high-speed rail line has six platforms. The line of the railway has two platforms and four tracks with an additional through line.

Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit Station is a two-tier underground stop. There is the possibility that passengers can transfer directly from the railroad to the KMRT. Currently, the Kaohsiung subway system consists of two lines; the red line and the orange line. The first exit and the second exit are located on the east side and on the west side of the station. Three exits of the underground station are equipped with lifts for the disabled. Passengers can access the high-speed train directly from the first exit from the subway system.

There is also a direct link from the second exit from the subway system to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Mall.
