Bak (unit)
Bak was a unit of volume for coral stones and ship ballast that was used in the Dutch East India region of Batavia in the 18th century .
- 1 Bak = 12 feet wide by 12 feet long by 6 feet high = 864 cubic feet (Rhineland) (about 26.7 cubic meters )
