The Bambiriáda is an annual festival by and for children and young people and their leisure facilities, which has been offered simultaneously in the larger cities of the Czech Republic since 1999 . It is an initiative of the Czech Council for Children and Young People (ČRDM).
Once a year, the Bambiriáda offers state and independent associations and private initiators who are involved in child and youth work a platform to get to know each other, to exchange ideas and to hold this joint event. Musical and sporting performances take place in many large cities in the Czech Republic. There are also information stands, handicrafts and workshops.
