Bami with red pork

Bami Mu Daeng ( Thai บะหมี่ หมูแดง , egg noodles with red pork ) is a Thai dish that is typically offered at street stalls in Thailand.

The dish consists of yellow egg noodles, red pork and pak choi and is served either as a soup or as Bami Mu Daeng Haeng ( Thai แห้ง , dry ) with or without broth as a side dish. In addition to the basic ingredients, coriander, spring onions, fried garlic and fried pork skin are added. Wontons and occasionally crab meat are often offered as extras . The fine tuning of the dish is done by the customer himself. On the tables of the street stalls there are usually peanut chips, vinegar with chilli, chilli flakes, fish sauce and sugar.
