The detached villa building was built according to the plans drawn up in 1922 for the estate manager Heinrich Eckhardt. The architect Karl Magenau was the paver. It is a two-storey plastered house with a hipped roof on a basement, which is decorated on the outside with sandstone. The house has a hipped closed vestibule with an outside staircase, a trapezoidal tapered bay window with balcony emerges on a building facade, next to it a low veranda. When it was converted into a dormitory for the handicapped, changes were made in 1987/88, which, however, did not affect the property as a whole. The wooden floors (partially covered by newer coverings), the internal stairs, box windows, baseboards, door frames and door leaves as well as stucco ceilings have been preserved inside. In addition to the building, the protected property also includes the garden property with its facilities, walls and plantings, which take up and perpetuate the motifs of the adjacent manorial park.
