Economic buildings, with horse and cattle stables as well as barn parts, rebuilt after major fires in 1897 and 1903 in unplastered sandstone over an angular floor plan, coat of arms stone, marked "1898".

Wagenremise, free-standing half-timbered building, built 1917-18.

Smithy, small unplastered sandstone building with a Prussian cap vault, labeled "1898".

Batzenhof (aggregate) Batzenhofweg 33-37 (Flst. 98229) 1753 The "Batzenhof" is a large estate, formerly an inn for travelers on the so-called Ochsenstrasse between Durlach and Langensteinbach. The north wing is labeled "1753".

The associated barn and stables date from the 19th century, as well as a house and a forge. The open spaces within and in the immediate vicinity of the three-sided system also belong to the totality.

The detached villa building was built according to the plans drawn up in 1922 for the estate manager Heinrich Eckhardt. The architect Karl Magenau was the paver. It is a two-storey plastered house with a hipped roof on a basement, which is decorated on the outside with sandstone. The house has a hipped closed vestibule with an outside staircase, a trapezoidal tapered bay window with balcony emerges on a building facade, next to it a low veranda.

When it was converted into a dormitory for the handicapped, changes were made in 1987/88, which, however, did not affect the property as a whole. The wooden floors (partially covered by newer coverings), the internal stairs, box windows, baseboards, door frames and door leaves as well as stucco ceilings have been preserved inside. In addition to the building, the protected property also includes the garden property with its facilities, walls and plantings, which take up and perpetuate the motifs of the adjacent manorial park.
