Residential and commercial building Amalienstrasse 18th 1830 The house is still part of the first development on the then newly opened Amalienstraße. The house was initially built with two floors between 1830 and 1846. The moat runs under the building, which prevented a model house from being built on the property for a long time. It was not until 1846 that the section to Hirschstrasse was finally built over. After minor changes, the residential and commercial building was increased by one storey in 1902, creating the ornate dormer windows that exist today. The gate, designed in the Art Nouveau style, is probably the result of this reconstruction. The front door leading to the entrance gate still shows classicist shapes; in a more recent modernization, the apartment entrance doors on the floors were replaced. The modern shop fitting from 1953 replaced its predecessor, which was first added in 1883.
