The Bank11 for private clients and Handel GmbH is a German bank based in Neuss , which specializes in the sales and purchase financing for medium-sized motor trade. Bank11 was founded in 2011 and now has more than 13,000 trading partners in the automotive industry. Bank11 employs over 300 people across Germany.

history

Bank11 started its business operations on January 1, 2011 and is part of the financial services division of the Werhahn Group , a family company based in Neuss that has been operating for more than 175 years. In September 2013, Bank11 took over the business of C&A Bank GmbH, which from then on operated as a subsidiary under the name Bank11direkt GmbH. In September 2017 it was announced that Bank11 für Privatkunden und Handel GmbH merged with Bank11direkt GmbH and was continued under the name Bank11 für Privatkunden und Handel GmbH. Since June 2018, there has been a strategic cooperation between Bank11 and ADAC Finanzdienste GmbH with a focus on ADAC car loans.

Products

The financing offer of Bank11 is aimed at car dealerships of all brands as well as independent dealers who are looking for a partner for sales and purchase financing. In addition to car financing in car dealerships, end customers can also open investment products such as savings letter accounts and overnight money accounts at Bank11.

In June 2020 it was announced that the company would like to establish its own car subscription offer with "Smive".

technology

Bank11 offers its trading partners a self-developed credit assistance system that is geared towards the special needs of the motor vehicle trade. This system is called "Victor" and was updated in 2016 in the current version 3.0. The digital account check, video legitimation and digital signature have been optionally available in this application since 2018.
