Baron Baillieu
Baron Baillieu , of Sefton in the Commonwealth of Australia and of Parkwood in the County of Surrey , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on February 13, 1953 by Letters patent for the Australian businessman Sir Clive Baillie . He was chairman of the Dunlop Rubber Company and had worked for the British government in particular during World War II.
Today's title holder has been his grandson James Baillieu, 3rd Baron Baillieu , since 1973 .
