Baron Bruntisfield

Baron Bruntisfield , of Boroughmuir in the City of Edinburgh , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award

The title was created on July 2, 1918 for Sir Victor Warrender, 8th Baronet . He had already inherited the title of Baronet , of Lochend in the County of Haddington, from his father in 1917 , who on June 2, 1715 in the Baronetage of Great Britain gave his ancestor, the Lord Provost of Edinburgh George Warrender (around 1658-1721), had been awarded.

Today's title holder has been his grandson Michael Warrender, 3rd Baron Bruntisfield , since 2007 .
