Baron Lamington

Baron Lamington , of Lamington in the County of Lanark , was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award

The title was created on May 3, 1880 for the conservative politician Alexander Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie .

The title expired on the death of his grandson, Victor Cochrane-Baillie, 3rd Baron Lamington , on September 20, 1951.
