Baron Rugby
Baron Rugby , of Rugby in the County of Warwick , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The title was awarded on February 10, 1947 to the former colonial official and since 1939 British Ambassador to Ireland Sir John Maffey .
The current title holder has been his grandson as 3rd Baron since 1990.
