description
The Basi Baranga has a straight shaft made of wood. The blade (blade) is made of iron and is attached to the shaft with the help of a nozzle . In the last third towards the end of the shaft it is decorated with a kind of "flag" made of horse or goat hair . The shaft is slightly thicker and rounded at the end. A wooden tube serves as a sheath for the spearhead. The Basi Baranga is used by ethnic groups from Indonesia.
