The farmhouse at the village square with the house number 6 in the Calvör district of Mannhausen is a listed building .

The farmhouse is in the center of Mannhausen on the edge of the village square, south of the village square is the former Mannhausen schoolhouse .

Description and history

The farmhouse conspicuously shapes the village square in Mannhausen. The building was built at the end of the 18th century and is a tightly closed, massive structure of simple cubature. Due to the proportions and attractive grid structure of the street-side half-timbered gable, it is an impressively protruding structure. In addition, it is technically dignified and an interesting building in terms of architectural history.
