The building stone from Store Bjelland is a menhir . It stands south of the Fistervegen, east of Fister , north of the lake Hetlandsvatnet in Fylke Rogaland in Norway . The name Bjelland is more common in Norway.

On a round hill north of the Store Bjelland farm there is a menhir that can be seen from afar and dates from the Iron Age . The stone is about 2.75 meters high, 1.0 meters wide at the base and 20 to 30 cm thick and has the shape of a large, triangular standing plate with a point. The burial ground of Midtre Fister and the rune stone of Kjølevik are located nearby .
