Appointed judge

A commissioned judge is a member of a collegiate court or panel ( chamber , senate ) before whom evidence is taken alone instead of with the entire chamber. Unlike the judge who has been requested to appear in another court , he is a member of the trial court . Unlike the single judge , he does not represent the entire panel; therefore there are no oral hearings before him and he has no authority to make decisions on the matter.

In fulfillment of his order (evidence) but he is equal to a presiding judge ( § 229 ZPO), that he is meeting police , fines may be imposed, etc.
