Trial court

Trial court is the name for a competent in certain cases enforcement agent in the execution by the German Civil Procedure (ZPO). According to § 887 , § 888 and § 890 ZPO, the court of first instance is responsible as the enforcement body for enforcement from enforcement titles that oblige the debtor to certain acts, toleration or omissions . This is the court that was or would be competent in the first instance in the cognitive proceedings.
