Foreclosure law
The execution right is an area of law , that with the application of state power to enforce private law claims of the creditor to the debtor based on an enforceable concerned (recovery). Foreclosure is the enforcement of law enforced with the power of the state ( sovereign act ) to satisfy a claim.
