Ben Jacques-Maynes
Benjamin Jacques-Maynes (born September 22, 1978 in Berkeley ) is a former American cyclocross and road cyclist . His twin brother Andy is also a cyclist.
Ben Jacques-Maynes became the 2001 American cross-country champion in the U23 category. The next year he received his first contract with an international cycling team , the Sierra Nevada-Cannondale team . Over the course of his career, he has won numerous sections and some overall classifications of stage races on the US racing calendar. In the UCI stage races Tour of Utah and USA Pro Challenge , he won the mountain classification in 2012 and 2014, respectively.
