Benkendorff is the family name of the following people:

  • Anna Benkendorff (* 1855; † after 1931), German painter
  • Konstantin von Benckendorff (* 1783 or 1784; † 1828), general of the Russian army and diplomat from the German Baltic Benckendorff family
  • Rudolf Benkendorff (1890–1973), meteorologist in the Wehrmacht Air Force and later President of the German Weather Service
